I don't get why #3 is even in the top ten. Looks to me like these guys just said "Hey find a line from each of the sappiest love stories you can think of it and insert it here."

Ivanova's bullshit dialogue to the Captain of the Omega destroyers is fucking cringe inducing. Don't know if its cheesey or not but it's BAD. As in fast forward on the DVD everytime it comes up BAD.

Check out the relationship banter between Sinclair and his girlfriend in B5 Season One. That's fucking painful to watch. And I don't know how that line from Andie McDowell got in there when Anakin's horrible lines from AOTC did not.

Please...that's considered CHEESY?!

Sorry, there are loads of stuff from Star Wars, Star Trek...hell most of Science Fiction and fantasy that makes that stuff pale in comparison.

And if they are going to take garbage from Titanic...pick the truly cheesy garbage...not a lin that really pales compared to that dork's confession when he's about to become a human popsicle.

I mean they are a bit over the top...but the list is really not truly looking.

THANK YOU! I thought I was the only one who felt that way. Everyone else seems to love it. I thought it was over the top and full of cliches, AND it took too damn long.

If Ivanova's line had been a lot /SHORTER/ it woulda been cool. As it was, it was silly as all hell. Something centered around the 'Last living thing you are ever gonna see' bit, short, sweet, to the point, woulda been fairly badass.

In Commando, there's someone who suddenly utters "I'm sick and tired of this macho bullshit". This is much more funnier when you consider that the entire premise of Commando is macho bullshit.

That whole scene is just crappy. First the Omega Destroyers are hyped to within an inch of their lives, then Ivanova goes nucking futz (For god's sake why? They're just ships with Shadow-bits sticking off of them), then they go down like dominoes. If they'd cut out that whole scene and not had Ivanova wounded we'd still have Marcus in season 5. Gah.

But it was brilliantly cheesy!

"That's right! Ice ... man. I am dangerous."

"There's some real genius in your flying, Maverick. But I can't say that in there because I don't want everyone to know I'm in love with you." <cue "Take My Breath Away">

And I don't know if the infamous Val Kilmer Locker Room Bite counts as dialogue, but it was certainly awesomely cheesy.

I can't remember what its from, but, "You like me, you really like me!"
Its classically cheesey now as its been overly mocked to death.
