There was a much better version of a weirdo acting out that same song which ended with him repeatedly bashing a vinyl record against his head until it broke, at which point he grins like a psycho and does a Dr. Evil laugh. It used to be hosted here but it went down sometime in the last month or so.

There's a bit better version of it on Newgrounds I believe if you're all that mesmerized by some fat kid 'dancing' to that song. :P

That song is "Dragostea Din Tei" made by a Romanian boy band O-Zone. It was a big summer hit all across Europe this year.

The dance video from some German guy is better than this one.
