Seven-year-old Jessica Gaude differs greatly from her pals. With 222 kilograms, she is the fattest child in the world.

She eats 10,000 calories each day in Coca-Colas, 15 hamburgers with fries and several kilograms of chocolate. What she eats in one day some children eat in half a year. Her breakfast consists of white bread, potato chips and two litres of coke. And she wants more.

When she last visited the doctor four years ago she had 110 kilograms. Unfortunately, she can no longer run and instead of walking she drags herself on the floor. Under such bodily weight her bones have already become distorted.

Mother Carolyn gives her daughter whatever the child wants. In the first week after she was born, when the baby cried because of stomach pains, the mother calmed her by feeding her with a bottle because she thought the child was hungry. “I gave her the bottle and she wanted more and more. It was not enough for her and she was constantly hungry”, Jessica’s mother says.

The doctors warn that the child’s health is already dangerously at risk and could die if not treated.

Unfortulately, Jessica’s mother does not understand medicine, her child is prescious to her and continues to feed her sweets.

Amusingly/depressingly, the child's life is already ruined. Taking her away now might save her life, but her skeleton is already fucked - she'll never have a 'normal' life.

I have to say, I almost couldn't watch anymore after seeing her trying to move along the floor. She weighs around 3 times as much as I do and I'm a fit 6 foot tall 19 year old! I honestly can't see how the authorities couldn't be taking her away from her mother, it's not just neglect but actually killing the girl.

She's 7, she weighs more than twice what I do and I'm a 73" tall 240 lb. man who lifts weights for fun.

Christ, 10000 calories is 4 times what I eat in a day. Several kilo's of chocolate? I can't eat that much candy in a week without making myself sick.

She needs drastic help and she'll still be lucky to reach adulthood. The mother should be imprisoned; this isn't abuse, it's negligent homicide.

Jesus how the fuck does a kid get that fat. I mean, yes the mother is criminally insane, that's without question. But i mean how DOES a seven year old EAT enough food to weigh over 400 lbs? I mean, it took me 22 years to get this way, so she did twice as much in seven years than i could in two decades. Mother of God how the fuck is that even possible.

I'd almost say it's a misprint, but having seen morbidly obese kids before (nowhere near this big though) i know it's most likley true.

Yeah, i know. The estimates i got were around 480-490 but i wasnt sure so i guestimated it to 400+.

That's still TWICE as much as me. And frankly after watching the video, i'm even more disgusted with her mother. What kind of irresponsible cunt does this to her kid. It's rediculous...it's literally like slowly murdering the kid, only the most optimistic people would think she could possibly make it to 10 in that condition. It's shameful.

I don't think suddenly going veggie is the fastest way for this kid to lose weight. She needs serious medical attention.

It's pretty sick why a silly mum would turn her daughter into a child version of Allfather D'Aronique and why is it that poor or lower middle class women in Western society seem to have a much higher chance of becoming hugely corpulent miniature bouncy castles?

And even though the Chav/trailer park underclass have a higher chance of becoming unhealthily overweight when hitting middle age, I noticed they seem to much more insensitive attitude towards being fat and even call mildly overweight people in the streets (including me) "fat fucks" (but stupid people are naturally more hypocritical).

That's... 500 pounds. I made it to about 450 before I panicked when I couldn't touch my toes anymore.

But she doesn't know what's going on, it makes me feel rather sick. Her bones are warping, I can't imagine anything short of intensive surgery taking care of this. Liposuction is not a weight loss treatment, and to have bariatric surgery at seven just seems insane.

That's just crazy. The whole point of augustus gloop was how stupid and greedy he was.

That girl's mother is very irrirponsible. Unless the girl has a disorder that her body does not tell her that she's eaten enough, it does happen, then there is really no excuse for her at all.
