Nice weapon. Completely implausible using any ST power other than Q. The only conceivable way that such a weapon could weigh such a small amount is for it to somehow draw almost all of the energy used to create the Black Hole from Subspace. This leaves the problem of having a system that can withstand the amount of gravity that the black hole would exert over the systems of the torpedo, which would easily get into the millions of G's due to the close proximity. Also, the energy flow that the system would have to handle pretty well outstrips most estimates for the entire output of a Borg Cube. It would be much easier, and infinitely more plausible(especially when you consider Romulan power core design) to create a terraton level warhead by containing a few tons of matter in black hole like conditions, and then releasing the containment as the carrier reaches the target.

Well it is a bit uber, but I was looking for a powerful last-ditch anti-Borg weapon that cannot be defended against. The fact that it's mountable on a fighter was a bonus IMO...

EDIT: Any suggestions as to how I could redesign it to make it more plausible while retaining most of its capability?

Something that looks like a Sovereign, but has:

- Admiral Janeway's armor and torpedoes (thousands of these and thousands of photons)
- Shinzon's cloaking device and Pressman's phase cloak
- Barclay's transwarp drive, but hopefully with a better looking effect when it's used
- a squad of Argos (fully armored) and Fed scoutships (all with Janeway's armor)
- trajectors instead of transporters
- Omega bombs as a last-ditch weapon
- a Reliant-style roll bar between the engines, with extra torpedo tubes/turrets, and some ridiculously powerful PPC turrets. This would be high enough to clear the saucer, obviously.
- add tubes on either side of the secondary hull, firing giant quantum/transphasic warheads
- I'd design the nav deflector to double as a supergun at a moment's notice. Think Xindi Death Star.
- two extra nacelles for speed and looks. One under each of the original nacelles, upside down. And I'd thicken the nacelle pylons and tilt each set of nacelles inward 30 degrees.
- I'd add seatbelts on the bridge, remove all bottomless pits and precarious catwalks, and outfit the ship with a security system that can gas intruders, hunt them down with emergency tactical holograms (armor and forcefields around the emitters), or beam them into space.
- I'd move the bridge deeper inside the ship, so surface damage couldn't kill me.
- I'd add a real pilot/gunner setup to my chair on the bridge - joystick, throttle, and I'd set it up so I could assign certain weapons to my direct control or delegate them to other gunners on the fly.

Striker Class

Developed after the Dominion War to quickly fill the void from the casualties of that war, make shift ship construction facilities were set up at major battle fields. Since ships were often taken down without the entire ships being destroyed(like the ship graveyard at Wolf 359) they began salvaging Sauser sections of destroyed starships with 2-4 nacels from other starships and attaching a warpcore and some extra armament. Eventually proved their worth in single engagements by turning their thin profile towards the a ships main weapons making them much harder to hit.

Hazard Class

Designed specificly to assist Hazard teams in their missions, lightly armed(a bit better than a nova class). The ship includes a large shuttle bay with different specialized craft, Detla Flyer-like long ranged space shuttle, standard shuttle crafts for ship-planet, some with varing levels of protection for hostile environment or enemy landings. Main section is a semioval like the Intrepid Class, but on each side is a area than exetends outside the shields for transporting midbattle without having to lower the shields. Two Nacels.

Silence-class.
Heavily Modified Sovereign-class starship. This has a added section much like that of the premonition class (see Star Trek:Armada) This contains a second warp core mounted lengthwise. this is coupled with a secound heavey duty nav deflector. The aim being to use the second nav deflector to harnes the second warp core's energy and employed offensively much as the enterprise-d did in BOBW. All rear dorstal weapons have been transfered to the back of thios pod so their firing lanes are unempeded.

Well, since we're going all uber, I suggest:

The Homer Box. 6 times the size of a Borg Cube, controlled purely by automated semi-sentient computers, its only offensive weapon is a combination of not-entirely-reliable navigational systems, and the tendency to drool antimatter in the presence of enemy vessels it deems tasty.

Your ship sounds like what the Feds would design if they wanted to duplicate the old Rommy BoP capability for capability. If you want, you can use my Z-Photorps on it to decrease the size of the missile launch silos on it. :D
