Pretty good. It looks like your portrait is in agony more than rocking out on NYE though. If I didn't know what the source image was, I would think it was a painting trying to convey great loss and sadness. I, as well, like it.

As Havok said, the emotion conveyed is not the one from the photo. The photo's face is neutral. In the painting, the mouth lhas been made asymmetric (suggestive of extreme negative emotion) and the eyebrows appear drawn together (suggestive of sadness). Assuming this is deliberate, it's a great painting. Assuming it's accidental, it's still a darn good painting
