Possible pipe bomb detonates at Disney

LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. -- A "crude, homemade" device similar to a pipe bomb exploded in a Downtown Disney trash bin early Monday, prompting an investigation by FBI and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms agents.

The explosion, which happened at about 12:30 a.m. at the Downtown Disney complex, blew the doors off the trash receptacle, but no one was injured.

Beary said investigators were still trying to determine what the device was made of, but "end caps" typical of pipe bombs were found at the scene.

They blamed a possible "disgruntled employee".

Well, apparently, police have released a preliminary sketch of an initial suspect:

Early reports also say, though unconfirmed, that the word "Acme" was barely legible on one of the bomb fragments.

Looks to be the can just outside Cirque du Soleil. Maybe he hated the show.
