Visibly shocked and tearful, Hilton was sentenced on Friday to 45 days in jail after a judge ruled she knowingly violated her probation on a previous traffic offense by driving without a valid license.

I wouldn't be surprised if she was used to driving a car that automatically turns the lights on or off and she just didn't notice.

Throw in a little alcohol to her system and I also wouldn't be shocked to find out that she just forgot to turn on her lights. I see far too many people driving around town here with their lights off. Most of them usually at least have their parking lights on but quite a few don't have any on at all. They just don't get that lights on a car aren't just about you being able to see it's also so people can see you and avoid your dumb drunk speeding spoiled ass.
