Just hose the thing off. Heck, hose the dog off while you're at it. Used to have a dog that would hump anything and everything. Legs, other male dogs, trees, even our cat (once and once only). But, boy would he get pissed if another dog would try to hump him.

He'd sure hump this if he had one, but I doubt it would prevent him from humping other things.

My old dog used to have a good old time with the giant pillow my mom made him for a bed. I think he spent more time humping it than sleeping in it.

Shortly after that we had him neutered and that cut way back on that problem, and definately cut down on the mess.

I don't think the product is real, and regardless of that, the picture in the OP definitely isn't, because Uts has the exact same image of the dog humping a cat, so it's a photoshop on a CG model.

I'm saying that I don't think the product or the picture are real. The picture is a photoshop job, cutting the dog out of a picture of it humping a cat and pasting it over a computer-generated model.

The gag itself is still amusing, though.
