Quark and Him become best buddies and quickly set up a Lord/Underling Relationship, Eventualy The Hutt moves away but Quark stays as the new Master of the Den of Scum and Villy that is the DS9 1/3

The entire DS9 crew zonks out on glitterstim, allowing Jabba to take over, and expand into the Federation, which also zonks out. End result, Imps take over without firing a shot.

lets see to start Sysco will die real quick . Odo would end up in a jar, and Kira dressed up in that Slave girl outfit. Quark might become like Bib Fortana unless he's stupid and gets on Jabba's bad side

Err Glitterstim does not Zonik you out, Its gives you a Buzz and Punchs up your Latent Mental Ability(Telepthy and telekenisis only it seems)
No rather I'm predicting a Hord of new *special entertamnt features and a new *bodyguard service by Quark

Actually, going through withdrawal is a pretty nasty experience. Thus, supply massive amounts of glitterstim for a few years, then suddenly sut off the supply, due to an "unforeseen mishap" at the processing plants.
