A stooped old man with a cloak, a staff, and a raven? He almost screams dangerous wizard. Not harmless.
Raven? He doesn't have a raven, he is the raven and in tis from he could land into throne of the royal palace of Lordaeron (aka the Capital City) and still ignored by every one.

There are ravens around him. Besides he still screams dangerous wizard, even if the locals don't pay him enough attention. The rulers of Lordaeron aren't the brightest of men.

Well, tribbles can be dangerous precisely because they are harmless. They're like uber-locusts, but they're so damn cute you likely won't do anything until its to late.

Stewie should probably be on the list. A dexterous, super-genious one year old with a murderous streak.
Watch out, here comes a Spiderpig!

Only because of Rule One; if it wasn't for your knowledge of that, you'd write him off as a little old man. Same as with Lang-Tzu.

Ravens and/or crows aren't very social animals, so single raven is nothing special, so only reason why he would seems anything but a normal raven, is that we do know that he isn't. From the POV of anybody in the universe it's just another raven (hardly anything special).

The Apex Twins win, no doubt about it.

They're so cute and unassuming that an Imperial Inquisitor, part of "There is no such thing as innocence" crowd, found them both aboard a Black Ship with everyone inside it dead, could sense their psychic powers, but couldn't bring himself to kill them on the spot.

Oh, and they would splatter an Alpha Plus Psyker like an after thought. They fought their way out of Nemesis Tessera, killing millions of elite Inquisitorial Stormtroopers and scores of full Inquisitors, then survived on the iceball of iceballs.

It can be summed up as thus: "Awww, lookit the cute little girls with ribbons in their hair - by the Emperor! They're destroying the Titan Legion! Arrhhggghhh!"
What is Project Zohar?

Here's to a certain mostly harmless nutcase.

It's not my fault your wizard detection abilities are faulty. He screams powerful wizard. Old man. Cloak. Staff. Mysterious. Ravens. This is easy.

Now the fuzzy-wuzzy rabbit. . . . .

except minor detail, that in WC3 assumes he's human form very rarely and in the raven (aka storm crow) form looks and acts like typical raven and I don't know about other fantasy verses, but in warcraftverse most ravens are just that birds that have nothing special about them (at least that's the impession I've gotten), only a spellcaster or an elf could possible tell that something special about Medivh in raven form.

So your arguement is essentially any powerful, polymorphed wizard?

Basically it can be summed up as - Never attack a small, bald, unarmed, wrinkly-faced old man who is smiling at you. (Yoda's another good example of it). I like Rule Fifteen, too.

a)we know it's a wizard

b)we sense/detect it's wizard

remember that scene from first Harry Potter movie, where the shapesifting teacher is in the room in cat form, not even audience could tell she in the room (unless they knew it before hand).

You got it - "Never Forget Rule One." ^_^

"Thief of Time" is now my second-favorite Discworld book after Reaper Man, thanks to Lang-tze.

Lord Cazaril from Curse of Chalion. The guy's crippled by having been a galley slave, yet manages to save a kingdom through (albeit somewhat inadvertently) using demons twice to kill foes. He never quite succeeds at doing things the orthodox way, but they get done.

The Thing from the 1982 Movie, who'd thought that a microscopic sized life form from space can wreak so much havok on a US Outpost.

the characters from Ed, Edd, and Eddy on Cartoon Network, for Example, Sarah who is Ed's sister. She seems to be a force to be reckoned with, taking on kevin, Ed and Edd. Theres Rolf who can hand the Ed's their asses on a stick to them. There is also the Kanker sisters who will wreak any and everything in sight to get to the Ed's. Ed can actually defy gravity, lift houses and turn into hulk when he doesnt watch a B-movie.
You wanna set an example Garak....Use him, Let him Die!!

Two Flower or Rincewind are also almost as dangerous as Tzu, there character shields are real in book, Rincewind once defeated Coin (A cute little 7 year old soUrceror who 5 minutes earlier had imprisoned every single god on the disc inside a bottle without any apparent effort) with a sock with a brick in it.
Two Flowers charcater shield is even more powerful, and both have the Luggage as standard equipment

I think Mogwai need to be added to the list.

Also the Lub-Lubs from "Mom and Dad Save the World" Sure they look all cute and happy, until you realize that big smile on their face is just their nose, and they have big mouths with lots of sharp teeth.

A certain race of Super intelligent Pan dimensional beings should be added to the list  for their ability to create computers to give any computer short of the best minds a hernia as well as their ability to build planet sized computers without any trouble or to buy new ones, as well as the "ambassador/princess" from the forces of Chaos in Sandman (A cute little girl who can turn into a giant monster with ease), and a certain chubby little fellow who could take down the Specter if he Felt like it. (Mr. Mixztplyz or somesuch)

Mind you, those energy weapons they had were pretty damn cool - Stitch made it rain with a blast or two. And unless the people in Hawaii are really stupid, then he is unassuming; everyone thought he was a dog.
