Hyperthetical situation

Rightio boys, a hyper hypothetical for all ya'll. Suppose George W. finds the warehouse the Ark of the Covenant, found by that brave, gallant, nazi-fighting American Archeologist so many years go, is in and pulls it out to use it. Would it change anything in the world around us? And if so, how?
