I know they are tons of good music in the 5 movies, but I chose the ones I thought the most popular among SW fans. Sorry if yours isn't there

Wher is the option to vote for the ANH Death Star battle sequence? That was 12-15 minutes (been a while since I lsitened) of the most awesome and fitting music.
Actually my favorite bit of SW music is a 9 second snippet in between the two playings of the Imeprial march in the final track of the AOTC soundtrack. I've tenatively labelled it "Anthem of the Republic" but I just haven't been able to get any comment on it.

Imperial March. Out of all the music that came from SW, this piece is probably the most distinctive.
Duel of the Fates and that cool wordless chant that comes on for the big Dark Jedi, like Tyrannus, and Palpatine at the end of ROTJ is pretty cool too, but not as good as the March, IMHO.

Across the Stars and Imperial March are the best MUSIC. Others have more energy, but I like Across the Stars for its elegant simplicity.

This was tough. The Imperial March really gets me going for a slobberknocker. The Duel of the Fates gets me pumped up. Across the Stars is sort of like the all or nothing like feel. The Battle of Endor is the war to end all wars theme. The music for the award ceremonies rings through all of the Star Wars. But the Opening theme always, always gives me goose bumps. It just cries Star Wars.
