Roast Beef, mushroom risotto and a glass of red wine.

Edit: So what about everyone else?

My usual college cafeteria fare. Probably going to be that way for another couple of weeks too, been going out to eat for the past two weekends.

I've got some sort of spicy chicken corn chowder soup from Safeway.
Plus a big chunk of french bread. Washing it down with some Gatorade.

Carbs of an astounding variety. I should have gone to the Pub and gotten a hamburger instead of trusting that the cafeteria would have something good tonight.

Two cans of tuna - though I could go for a third. Other than that, turnip greens unseasoned and two ramens with the water drained.

Canned tuna really is great. Nice, cheap protein that you can suck down fast.

Sounds like you're going to be spraying brown water out yer asshole in a few hours.

Me? Sausage, apple, and onion fried together, roast sweet potatoes, and steamed broccoli.

Story of my life, chief. On top of that, I ate three hard-boiled eggs and shredded wheat cereal this morning...so you can imagine what it's like when I have to unload...

I usually eat a little nicer than this (last night I had two grilled chicken breasts, white rice and green beans) but I didn't feel like cooking tonight.

Spam. No, I didn't have that to eat- thats what this thread is. Useless Spam.
Devolution is quite as natural as evolution, and may be just as pleasing, or even a good deal more pleasing, to God. If the average man is made in God's image, then a man such as Beethoven or Aristotle is plainly superior to God, and so God may be jealous of him, and eager to see his superiority perish with his bodily frame.

Not light tuna. The EPA says light tuna is basically OK so long as you don't eat massive amounts of it per week.

A buffalo chicken/bleu cheese sandwich with sides of celery and potato chips, and a glass of water - 1 standard dinner block
Vanilla/Raspberry twist frozen yoghurt - some fraction of the $28 I get to spend every two weeks on food on top of my meal blocks. You might say have to spend, because it doesn't roll over.
