I don't get it. The PRC is sent back as it is now...but what, the Japs just appear inside all the major cities exactly where they were? Or do the Japs get shifted back to Jappan (or about to invade)?

Going back to 1935 would be a more logical step.

And China would simply Nuke Jappan and take it over along with Taiwan (just for kicks).

If it is merely "transporter" style, I'm sure a large many would start out underground, inside buildings or meters mid air. :D

In anycase, Chinese can take over the world with their army (okay, maybe just much of asia)

The Chinese destroy the Japanese forces and accomplish little more then that, perhapes invasions of northern Vietnam and Siberia would follow, as China is heavily dependent on fuel and food imports which it can no longer obtain. Its economy will also be generally fucked up in many other ways.

So the Chinese have all the modern equipment today, plus all the supplies they have in reserve today?

If that was so, I think China would take over the world very quickly. Jets...modern tanks...nukes...advanced semi-automatic weapons...

By the time they ran out of supplies, they'd have taken Japan and most of russia, and used their supplies as replacements...then would take Europe and its supplies...then take the US out of it.

Although that assumes that the supplies they took over would be compatible with their army's needs (which probably wouldn't be true).

Would not the display of the Effectiveness of Assault rifles speed up the Deployment of the MP-43 (ww-2 German Assault Rifle), or incurage the deployment of Kalasnikov's masterpeice?

Also, the Chinese lack a Major Carrier force.

Simple points

I'm not a big Chinese military buff, but I'm sure that not having a carrier force wouldn't hurt them much since they would be invincible in the air, and would be able to take out any navy with little to no casualties. If they can take out the American navy through the air (for example), they would be able to land troops on islands in the pacific (or the American mainland for that matter) with impunity.

That's just what I think, though...you guys seem to know a lot more about China's military than me lol

How long would their supplies of military hardware and food possibly last though?

Pssst, their planes don't have ranges in the tens of thousands of kilometers...

Nor do they have easy access to jet fuel, if any at all.
