I think it's in the "innocent until proven guilty" official category.

Of course. I should add that 51 million inhabited "worlds" (whether this includes only terrestrial planets or all inhabited planets or artificial habitats is unknown) is the extreme lower limit. It is really saying there are 1 million political entities with formal full-political franchise in the Empire, and 50 million lesser political entities (colonies, protectorates, governorates, etc.). Those 51 million political entities total number of inhabited communities or inhabited systems could be significantly higher. To say nothing of property, where the Mining Guild controls billions of high-metallicity worlds in a spiral arm.

Added articles on cherrypicking and the appearance over performance fallacy.

Anyone is welcome to add notable examples of cherrypicking in the vs. debate, as I'm not as well versed in it as you are.

Minor additions to the article on JMSpock.

New article on clones both in real life and their abuse in sci-fi.

Planets. Not really satisfied with this one. Feel free to add and/or correct.

Entry for Mike DiCenso now has actual content rather than an empty page. Feel free to add to his 'greatest hits'

I think that entry re: Mr Oragahn is too harsh. He's not a trekkie, he's just IMO generally contrarian about everything. He likes to use (some) Darkstar arguments, though I've never seen him espouse the worst of the worst (eg. days to get to Endor).

No he is not. He is a Stargate fanwhore. Check his wanking here.
So because the ship can withstand a certain power intensity for 10 hours that means it's shields capacity is that time multiplied with power? If I go sunbathing and lie on the beach for ten hours my skin will absorb 50MJ of energy. I guess that must mean my skin's "energy capacity" is 50MJ. And he calls his numbers conservative.
Here he is whining about Necronlord's calculated ZPM upper limit.
And last but not least check out this thread featuring STvsSG scenario and the debate between DiCenso/AFT/sonofccn and Mr.Oraghan/l33telboi. Naturally they can't agree over anything and you'll notice how Oragahn and DiCenso get progressively less polite and in the last page start accusing each other of...*gasp*.. dishonesty, desperation, wall of ignorance! :D

P.S. Isn't it amusing how these clowns constantly refer to "Wong's calculators" for nuclear effects and asteroid destruction?
But if the forces of evil should rise again, to cast a shadow on the heart of the city.

I'll never understand SFJ or SB's net nannies. Everytime I converse with one I feel like I'm being lied to. Frankly, I find being called an asshat or a fucktard more honest than the little game they play.

I find it ironic that you describe Oragahn as "unremarkable", yet you felt he rated an article in the Wiki.

I think we may be giving the SFJ trekkies and whatnot entirely too much attention.

That's a good point; if anything, they should be treated as a single conglomerated entry rather than each one being given his own "star page". They're all kind of the same anyway.

I see what you mean. Good idea. I nominated the pages for Mr Oragahn and Mike DiCenso for deletion and moved their text to the starfleetjedi entry. I left tjhairball alone since his "greatest hits" are from his few posts here. JMSpock still has his own page as well. The starfleetjedi page is categorized under both "famous trolls" and the troll subcategory "Mindless Scooter Cockgoblins"

Why even mention them specifically, remove all individual pages referring to them.

I mean, I know the byword is "mockery of stupid people", but these types, especially the SFG nutters, feed off it, it just gives them more opportunity to whine.

Eliminate their pages, amalagamate them into some pages referring to I dunno, something like " Classic Trekkie idiocy" or whatever, give the examples of said stupidity, i.e. Gstones Jemhadar body armour plot, or Spocky's " Star Destroyer Fuel is PEO....DIESEL" lunacy, then simply credit the individual crazies as the authors.

Much as I find it funny reading about Gstones career as an International man of mystery, that sort of thing might be best in a section of SFJ, perhaps as part of a series of quote from various members there, seperate from their Versus arguments that show case the character of the board.

Anyone thinking of wiki pages refuting other wiki pages, found on Wookiepdia?

For anyone wondering what to contribute, I give you the most wanted pages of the Wiki.

These are topics that are linked from multiple pages in the wiki but don't have pages of their own. Please feel free to improve the wiki by adding content.

In attempting to describe the phase cloak, I found that I also had to try to define technobabble.

Trying to fill these seems to lead to creating even more "dead links". Obi-Wan Kenobi page is up.

Do we really need a Weapons page?

I mean.. come on, its kinda stupid to make that into a page.

Crap forgot to add this part.

I could make a weapons page though, if it is needed.
