I'm willing to bet it's Joss Whedon once again not knowing anything about guns.

What did you so dislike about Buffy the Vampire Slayer? While I never got into it and only saw a few episodes on a infrequent basis, I never saw it as a bad series and Anthony Head was very good.
A lot of people saw 'Buffy' as the 'beating a dead horse' accusation in practice. It was fun, fresh and entertaining when it first started, and went with the original premise of turning the Hollywood horror cliché on its head; a young woman walks into dark alley/dark room/out house and is assaulted by a monster and screams. But it started to go south about midway through this run, Buffy (the title character) became more hated, then heroine, Mary Sue and the show itself became a little too self gratifying.

Of course I'm speaking as someone who liked the early part of the show, but didn't really like the later parts of it.

Thankfully, 'Angel' rocked - snoogins.

I'm grumpy and he's a spammy whore, sue me :P .

As for Firefly...Poe has a good point. Jaynestown wasn't the one that converted me, but it has an appeal that most the episode didn't.

That and the statue was just awesome as was the explaination.

....

This guy is clearly one of those people that keeps things on the air long past their use-by date. He doesn't like it, doesn't understand the characters, but he still buys everything he can with the brand on it. Sorry, LAME.

Hey king retard. MAYBE I changed my mind.

An maybe, just maybe asshole as Star Trek has fans that identify with Klingons. Star Wars has fans that lean towards the empire.

And I'm sure nBSG has it's silon fans.

Your seeing an Alliance fan for Firefly...

Every think of that for a few seconds? :finger:

Actually, it's a bit more interesting. Watch Starship Troopers and compare/contrast the body armour they're wearing. The purple bellies are wearing the same armour as the MI, painted purple.

At least said props were used in something good, ya know, in addition to Starship Troopers.

No. There is a very good reason why Dr. Tam had to rescue her from that place and why the Alliance wants her back, very badly.

Still her character is beyoung annoying. I'm almost done with the seires an I have yet to see anything that couldn't have been worked out better than JW's usual "scared girl with umber abilities that had bad men coming to hurt her."

They could have been political dissidants. Or wrongly labeled criminals and it would still work just as well.

Yeah, there's nothing lame about 'complain complain hate complain cliche complain oh I bought every piece of merchandise ever'. That's totally normal And he thinks he's lame because he empathizes with the Alliance(!!), even though I specifically described exactly what I think? You shouldn't side with people who can't read, it's bad for you.

But hey, you capitalise the word 'penis', you've got problems I don't even want to fucking go into.

What the fuck? Wah wah you are too? How old are you?

You have demonstrated poor reading skills (how you got that Alliance shit out of my post I have no fucking idea: I'd never used the word Alliance) and your attitude toward the show is hilariously lame. Go buy some more merchandise and miss the point of some more content - after all, the merchandise is more important!
