Indeed, he is mine.

If you want to mess with your head slightly, watch the Matrix, as soon as he says "Good evening Mr Anderson." Close your eyes and imagine him saying in the exact same tone and style:
"Good evening, Mr. Baggins."
I actually do a decent impression of H.Weaving and did this for some friends while waiting in line for LOTR. Half the line broke out laughing.

I never thought about it before, though I do hear voice in my head for other characters. But Agent Smith sounds about right.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned Rowan Atkinson to play Thrawn, he'd be perfect!

He's probably too old now, but Patrick McGoohan (Longshanks in Braveheart) I think might have made a good Thrawn. Although like I said, too old. Maybe too dead now, too? I don't know.
Hugo Weaving, though, would be an excellent actor for it.
Strangely, I can also see Hugh Jackman pulling off Thrawn, at least to some extent.
Hugh Jackman? I don't know, I agree that his a great actor, but honestly isn't too much of a, well sex symbol?
My choices remain;
Hugo Weaving
John Malkovic
Morgan Freeman
In that order.

I see Morgan Freeman more as Pellaeon, given those few excerpts where Pellaeon complains to himself about the decay of protocol. Freeman seems more skilled for dignified characters, you know?
Plus, Pellaeon lives, Thrawn dies. Let's keep Morgan around.
