Can't do it. He's been warned and I don't see any likelihood of repeat offence.
Also, he didn't put a gun to the rest of their heads, if we're not going to take action against the rest of them I don't feel it would be consistent to take action against Einhander.
My vote will be different if it does happen again but I don't think it will. I believe getting this far through the process will have sent a strong enough message.

Libertarian philosophy can be boiled down to the phrase, "Work Will Make You Free."
