March nominations

Didn't see the Senate thread for this month, only the HoC's nominations. So here we go:

I nominate Tiriol. He generally isn't a rather visible poster, eschewing the more bombastic style of this place in favor of something a bit more measured. However, his posts are consistently on topic and highly informative, regardless of the signal to noise ratio of the rest of the thread. When he doesn't post contributing, it is generally a request for clarification, rather than a one liner. Examples:
