Michael O'Hare has died

Post by fgalkin »

JMS on Facebook wrote:I regret that I must convey the sad news that Michael O'Hare passed away today. He suffered a heart attack on Sunday and was in a coma until his passing this afternoon. This is a terrible loss for all B5 fans and everyone involved with the show wishes to convey their condolences to the O'Hare family. He was an amazing man.
The curse of B5 strikes again :(

Then, it seems that the only way to survive is to use the means of the enemy, to rest survival upon what is expedient, to look the other way. Well, the answer to that is 'survival as what'? From the stars we come, to the stars we go.

I only saw him in Babylon 5, but I enjoyed him in it.

He time travelled back into the past to become Valen.

He will sadly be missed.

Isn't Zathras' actor dead too?

It seems like quite a few B5 alum have passed too early. A shame.

I always had a soft spot for Sinclair, as he was a bit different from the typical sci-fi commander. I think I'll give my favorite Sinclair episode a watch this week - "And the Sky Full of Stars" (also the episode that finally got B5's story-arc moving).

"Sometimes you got to roll the hard six." - William Adama (Battlestar Galactica)

"I welcome you and present this place to you as a gift. I am called Valen, and there is much work to do."

Sucks how B5's cast is going at this rate...the cast from Star Trek are (mostly) living forever.
You will be assimilated...bunghole!
