nBSG UK version or the US version?

Uh, what? The UK DVD has been out for months and as far as I can tell, isn't radically different to the US version. Not that I care. I find a lot of extras on DVD to be ultimately useless, I pay for the episodes that got me into the series, anything else is a bonus.

I think I prefer the US cover though. Odd, since most US covers to DVDs, books and games suck compared to the UK or general EU release.

The later release will come with the miniseries, which alone is worth the extra $10.

My bro got the mini soon after the DVD of the series came out since it was on offer at HMV I recall. A bundle would be a good gift to get someone into the series given the mini is essential viewing.

According to AiCN, the September release is supposed to be $7 cheaper than this UK version. Either way, it's a bargain if the miniseries is included.

According to digitalbits (a MUCH more reliable source) the MSRP was $10 more.
