Criteria
1. Vehicle must be strongly associated with the anime/manga particularly with the driver/owner
2. Vehicle must be a real life brand/model. We are talking about product placement here. If a devout otaku wants to have one just like it, the most extreme alteration would be a paint job

As I hate most anime, therefor know basically none of it, Bear's is the only correct answer so far.
It's the only one that comes close to being iconic or known outside of the anime community.
