Really, kidnapping Agatha? What do you think you're going to do, force the Abbess to marry the two of you in the confusion?

Wasp her? It'd only take a couple of seconds, if the Knights of Jove managed to duplicate the Spark Wasp.
But I only say that because I can't see what else he can do, in the three seconds it'll take everyone to catch up, to salvage the situation.

I think the gentleman is an 'insider' or undercover for the Baron...or Lucretia...or some other group.
If he's grabbing Agatha, then he's got a semi secret escape route already in mind.
Still, even removing Agatha for a few moments might be enough for the incoming Baron and his super, secret weapon to do a LOT af damage and or things.

What modifications has Travek had again?
He's not had the Jaeger draught, but has been dosed with river energy, and burnt off some pretty nasty diseases. Pity this won't kill him.

Argh! He pushed the button!
Five seconds until that ultimate secret weapon goes off!
Or...maybe five minutes?
Also, maybe it's a remote control?
Still. Not good.
As for Tweedle? I think his nomenclature will be "Ex-minion" rather soon.

If he's captured, that does put him out of Lucretia-Clank's reach.

Not the face! The claws! The horror!
A minute's thought suggests that the very idea of this is stupid. A more detailed examination raises the possibility that it might be an answer to the question "how could the Germans win the war after the US gets involved?" - Captain Seafort, in a thread proposing a 1942 'D-Day' in Quiberon Bay

Sorry...I just thought mars, given previous mention in the comic of the Dragon of Mars......Now, Agatha going back in time and possibly accidental(intentionally) creating/becoming 'The Other' has things becoming even more complicated/convoluted than before.madd0ct0r wrote:mars? or back in time?

Re: The 2nd Girl Genius Thread
Well, it's pretty obvious they went through a portal of some sort. The only question is where... or when, and given how surprised the operator on the other side is, I'd say that it wasn't entirely planed out ahead of time.

Well, they appear to be in an expected location of some sort. But something went wrong none the less. Too many people? Klaus's device interfere? Old technology worn out?

Re: The 2nd Girl Genius Thread
The fact that the minion tasked to watch it knows who Agatha is is a good sign. Now we wait to see whee (And possibly when) Agatha is.
She also has to take a moment out to deal with the fellow who's come through with her.

Violetta came through the portal with the rest. She can deal with Tweedle.

Re: The 2nd Girl Genius Thread
I think that those were debris that came through the portal. My guess is that it has something to do with the Baron's device.
Also, I don't think that the minion was addressing Agatha as "Highness" -- he was looking right at Tweedle and Agatha when he said that (well, looking at the portal while grabbing them to run!), and I doubt he'd call Tweedle "miss". I'm guessing Violetta was off-screen at the time.
