I know that at least one other person has watched this short from the DVD release of The Incredibles because a couple of the powers that Jack-Jack only uses in the short were mentioned.
I thought this short was great. The babysitter (Kari) is as funny as she was in the movie and, IMO, shows that she really is a good babysitter. Except for maybe that part about giving the kid to Syndrome at the end, but who could blame her by then?
My favorite part has to be what triggers Jack-Jack's powers. Yep, as soon as he listens to a little Mozart something clicks in his little brain (his eyes cross for a second) and powers start kicking in left and right.

Something wicked this way comes.

THE BABY WAS EXPLODING! YOU EVER SEE AN EXPLODING BABY BEFORE?!
Seriously, though, what kind of a name is "Syndrome"?

Quite possibly even funnier than any line from the movie.

I actually forgot to see the Incredibles at the theater.
So i got the DVD.
I watched the Special Features first and when i seen JACK JACK attack i thought it funny as hell although some if it was confusing story wise, like the phone call, and the replacment baby sitter...etc.
Then i watched the movie and then watched the JACK JACK skit again it was even better! EXCELLENT!
"The rest of the poem plays upon that pun. On the contrary, says Catullus, although my verses are soft (molliculi ac parum pudici in line 8, reversing the play on words), they can arouse even limp old men. Should Furius and Aurelius have any remaining doubts about Catullus' virility, he offers to fuck them anally and orally to prove otherwise." - Catullus 16, Wikipedia
I thought his name was "Synthro" the first time I saw the movie...still think it sounds better...^_^;;
And yes, Jack Jack Attack was freakin' awesome!! I can't wait until Jack-Jack gets older and starts the costumed crime-fighting with the rest of his family.

And how did he get from the living room to the kitchen? Or flowed thru walls/washer?

Well looks like E has her work cut out for her if she needs to make him a costume. The origional one is nice but his other abilities need to be looked into.

Actually, I think his escape from the crib may have been by some means other than strength; he cut a perfect circle out of the bars, rather than merely busting out. Maybe he teleported a sphere of space which intersected with the bars of the crib?

Maybe the EyeBeams did it?

I think he actually phased through the floor then, andleft the diaper behind...
On the other hand, he did show either super-speed or teleportation when he first started jumping around the house (from where Kari left him to the dining-room table, and then to the kitchen).

At a story level, I doubt it's super speed since Dash already has that as his thing.
My brother and I kept rewinding the DVD at the part where he goes "flame on" for the first time. The way they do that scene was just so fricking hilarious.
