Tarakudo vs. Middle Earth

Post by SylasGaunt »

Random madness thread!

Tarakudo (Jackie Chan Adventures) is deposited on the road near Bree the morning after the hobbits have left. The 9 oni masks are scattered across the world and Eldrond is informed of the presence of the masks and Tarakudo.

A rundown-

Tarakudo- Giant floating head, king of the Shadowkhan. Goal is to revive all his generals by getting the Oni Masks onto some appropriate henchmen (thoug that's not strictly neccesary as even a good person wearing a mask will end up going all darkside soon after they first summon their shadowkhan). Can apperantly teleport and has telekinetic powers which he often uses to chuck large heavy things at people or drag his henchmen around. Beaning him in the face with an onion will usually cause him to retreat.

Oni Masks- Each mask houses one of Tarakudo's demon generals. When placed on a human they cause considerable increases in strength, speed, and fighting ability and lets them summon a tribe of shadowkhan. Once a host summons their Shadowkhan they tend to be corrupted and fall under Tarakudo's control. Oni and Shadowkhan all seem to enjoy eating brains. Oh and since most of hte ingredients don't exist for mask removal potions pretty much the only way to get a mask off is going to be to kill the host.

1st Oni Mask- Formerly owned by Sendu, it spawns the most human looking shadowkhan who basically look like you took one of thrawn's people and put them in a ninja suit (blue skin, red eyes, you get the idea). Martial arts, ninja weapons like throwing stars, and they can vanish into shadows as well as emerge from them. Kind of a basic shadowkhan as all the others are seemingly based on this one with some modifications. Usually they appear as a shadow moving along the floor then pop up into the more traditional ninja-look.

2nd Oni Mask- These shadowkhan look like the ones above, only with pointy heads, and blades for fingers and feet.

3rd Oni Mask- The shadowkhan tribe for this mask look something like ninja gargoyles. They've got wings, claws, and they can fly on top of hte usual shadowkhan stuff.

4th Oni Mask- The tribe for this mask looks like somebody took a troll, colored it up and stuffed it into a shadowkhan ninja outfit. They're big and smashy looking, immensely strong and durable and there you go.

5th Oni Mask- This particular mask summons a tribe of samurai shadowkhan complete with armor and swords. Oh and they can drag people down into shadows to. On a side note this is the one mask that never got attached to anyone's face in the show.. instead accidentally getting attached to Finn's butt.

6th Oni Mask- Serpentine Shadowkhan with snakelike bodies and 4 tentacles each. Capable of stretching their tentacles great distances.. and man are they fugly under those masks. Anyone fighting them's gonna have some fun trying to keep track of all of those.

7th Oni Mask- Summons a tribe of big, heavily muscled shadowkhan with pincers for hands.

8th Oni Mask- Summons a bunch of hamster-sized Shadowkhan. Not too dangerous until they get at the shadow of a living being which they devour and grow in size (one loose in a station as a subway car came in ended up kaiju sized).

9th Mask- Mantis-like shadowkhan with 4 legs and 2 arms like those on a praying mantis.

If Tarakudo manages to get all 9 masks together in the same place they will shatter and release the 9 demon generals to begin engulfing the world in shadow.

This mask, was it the one that got split in two with Jade getting one half and Valmont getting the other, because I think you're missing half a shadowkhan. IIRC, one half had the pincer and the other half looked like it had a bowling ball that it used as a club.
No conscience. No law. No stopping them....

....well, maybe a Happy Meal would do it.

I still think Furlings look like tribbles

That was a funny episode. Jade and Valmont literally had control of half the Shadowkhan. As in: One could summon and control the right half, and the other controlled of the left half of each and every one.
