Old debate. Culture wins without any losses and assumes control of the Empire without even directly attacking them.

I'd say that the Empire wins. They have the Force. I know that in a straight fight they would lose, but if Vader infiltrated the culture the way Palpatine took control of the Republic, then the GE could win. The culture can't be that stable. It's a galaxy wide anarchy. It would take relatively little topple them.

No, it's really more of a benevolent oligarchy. The Minds really run everything, though they've been surprisingly resistant to temptation... solved, of course, by the fact that there's no lack of resources anywhere in the Culture.

They won't fight it directly. Vader would use the force and infiltrate it. Also, the culture sound more like communism.

You are joking, right? Force-users has been shown to be overcome by non-force gifted individuals with far less capability than the Culture has. You have no proof for your statements, no knowledge of what you are arguing against, no chance of winning this argument, and no possibility of avoiding a Village Idiot title if you continue down this path. The most rabid defenders of SW on this site don't believe the Empire can beat the Culture, and don't waste their energy arguing.

I can't stand the culture. According to that webpage, they never have to work. Considering that I did a lot of farm chores, cleaning chicken house floors and such, that annoys me.
