An interesting idea, but I wouldn't arm rebels engaged in struggle against a fellow FTO member. That's sort of counterproductive, and there's plenty of other rebels out there to make money off, one presumesKarmic Knight wrote:I foresee a war between you and San Doradan traders in the future.
I've actually heavily cut my navy in favor of increased strategic and tactical airpower as well as a doubling in my army forces. Where as you have:CmdrWilkens wrote:Additional notes on this but the waterway is internationally navigable but there will likely be some long simmering tension between Wilkonia and the IRT (thus part of the reason that both have paticularly large navies I think I'm still running the largest blue water force while IRT runs one of the heftiest brown-water forces and a nearly comparable blue-water force).
Probably some shots fired, I think.Obviously the exact details of the tension (and likely as not shots fired) will be something to work out but it should be nice flashpoint for the world.
Unfortunately, some modification is required for the maps to all work.Shroom Man 777 wrote:I have been AWOL for some time.
Wait.
Stas isn't in the FUN?
And Stas said something about a war...
Um... can we has a Cold War instead?
A Cold War between the FUN and the Crimson Star Republic?
PeZook: DUDE. You kind of... inverted Shroomania, mang. It's a cool map, but Shroomania's facing the wrong direction. Totally.
Yea, that could work. Kinda like modern Russia and Belorussia.DarthShady wrote:Stas I have been thinking about our modern history and here is what I have so far.
After the conclusion of the Second Great war and the fall of The Shadow Empire and it's conquest by the Crimson Star Republic our two nations enter a period of Socialist Brotherhood for about 20 years. But due to the internal problems of the Crimson Star Republic you had to give the USSR autonomy and eventually independence. Since then our countries have had excellent relations with each other and our people shared a great love for each other which eventually culminated into the "Red Faction" alliance and the formation of the Slavic National Confederacy which was later joined by Fingolfin and PeZook.
How does that sound?
Say Stas, I'd be interested in a massively long canal going through the Black Sea to the other side. Do you think its possible and want to jointly pursue it?Stas Bush wrote:Yea, that could work. Kinda like modern Russia and Belorussia.

That division is huge. How many ships will it take to transport all of that? I would say easily 2 Wasps, and a few other LPDs like the San Antonio or the British Bay/Albion class.CmdrWilkens wrote:Minor note but the USMC division in the build your military is now complete 21547 personnel later.
Originally, Shroomania was placed to the north of Canissia. I flipped it because otherwise the Shroomish Channel would be the size of the Northern SeaShroom Man 777 wrote: I mean, Shroomania could keep its original orientation and the map would still work. Right?
Hoodge pixel font. There's lots of them. They're easy to find, but I could put one up for download if people would need them.BTW, Stas used an awesome font on his map in the first round.
That division is big…it can take heavy losses and keep fighting, and by the time the Marines finish adding all the support elements it needs to become a Marine Expeditionary Force and not just a division, it would have over 30,000 men. That’s what it takes to bring a whole army in miniature, not just some fighting men, across a beach and onto shore.Fingolfin_Noldor wrote: That division is huge. Why not double the number of aircraft you have? I have more fighters than you have, mind you.Stas Bush wrote:Hoodge pixel font. There's lots of them. They're easy to find, but I could put one up for download if people would need them.BTW, Stas used an awesome font on his map in the first round.
PHEW. I made an OOB. It's a slightly redacted RT OOB. Didn't have the time to do the math at all, so my military might be undersized for an Imperium, but so be it. Less the hassle of supplying it - and it's still 1,000,000 men so I hope that would be enough for war.
If I missed something, I'll try to fill that in later.
