So, if William turns down the Crown, it goes to one of his kids. If he turns it down on their behalf (I'm not sure he could, but let's assume he can), it would go to Harry. That of course would completely torpedo his and Meghans attempts a 'Privacy'.
Assuming William + Harry both turn the crown down for themselves and their kids, I'm going to assume Andrew would be skipped over, and Beatrice would be offered the Crown.
