note on time:

some of our favorite foods, won't be available for a while.

Like I posted earlier, assuming that when the world was made whole, that Q, aged the vineyards appropreatly, it's still a year to two years before we will have wine and red wine vinegar.

cheese should just now be available, beer should only take a month or two to ferment, clean, age, and transport. Ditto Ales, Wiskey should be available in solvent grade, but not mellowed.

yogurt should be easily available. I'm guessing I'm the only one who brought a mother sponge with me.

actually Mothersponge is the sourdough bacteria, I keep a 150 year old colony in my room... (yes it's scary that I have a single celled colony that's five times my age, barrowed it from the ahwannee hotel's imported from san francisco sourdough Mothersponge)

but I know the other bacteria and single celled life needed to cultivate. (Go figure I'm a cook)

In regards to things being "older", like the F-20, we can assume that we are taking the plans from Earth and adapting to newer tech. For example, the F-20 airframe is basically a proven design and a sound concept, we just need to mention that the internals are upgraded...

I'm using the same principle in my OOB. The Nanuchka class missile corvettes (called Project 1234 Ovod (Gadfly) in Russian) was not a very good vessel for blue-water operations because it's engines were crappy... but I'm using the basic plans and putting in reliable engines.

oh as to the adult beverages:
Kodiak: A Stout Lager (simular to Guinness)
Sekmet: A Palmagrante Ale (those familiar with egyptian myth will get this one, red in color)
Polar Bear Brew: Mass produced, serve cold type beer, yellow in color
Bear Flag Brew: Simular, if not Identicle to Sierra Nevada Pale Ale.

now as to other foods:
The bear republic has a thriving dairy industry, including cheese, yogurt, milks, etc.
a good deal of farmland producing grains, particularly Hops, Barly, corn, ahriman, and wheat, also growing fruits, and various vegitables. Due to the combination of volcanic soil and having coastal equitorial zones the Bear Republic also exports coffee, cane sugar and Choclate. (though the cane sugar makes good rum, we just haven't had the six months of time to properly "age/mellow" the stuff)

EDIT: Oh, and since Emperor Shady wanted to join the Agency, he's welcome! Just contact the Agency with data concerning your shipyard output and proposed budgetary input.

I have 3 shipyards, which can work on the ships. As for the budget, i am not really sure how much i can spend. I ordered a large number of planes from Stas, and i don't know if that will be a problem. But i guess a can move a few million dollars into the project.

Monetary input is not required per se, but it will help with R&D for new ship models.

(theoretically we could create a microsingularity, it's implosion/explosion cycle would probably cause a lot of devistation), however instead we may just create new forms of radiation, and new particles...

I use Photobucket myself. A lot of people do Imageshack. Either can work.

I gotta get up to speed guys! For what it's worth, I can live with the NSC being on that world "owned" island. I like Neutrality Point though. We can upgrade it and shit, and the thought of meeting on a diplomatic oil platform rocks.

As to my shipbuilding and the ISCA, I gotta see what I can do. I'm going to need a good-sized military as I told Stas: I'm basically responsible for the protection of the Duchy of Baal and the Principality of Tongdijuana, in addition to my own. Further, I have the isolationist and largely unknown intentions of Saddamistan just to the south of me. OOC I have no problem believing Skimmer when he says he's not out to cause trouble. In universe, of course, I have to be careful. So I need to see what I can do here.

As I told Shroom I'm taking 10 FCS from him now. Some of those will be in operational use, others will be in Testing and Evaluation. This gives me the in universe delay for me contributing to ISCA shipbuilding: I want my engineers and techs to get themselves familiar with the FCS so they'll be more comfortable building and maintaining them (I plan to allow other nations to service their ships at mine as well), as I was not a part of the original design and testing teams and my people don't want to go on just plans alone before we actually sell them to customers. Quality first!

On that note Shroom, I extend my original order in the PM to 3 ACVs as well, again for purposes of familiarization. I figure I'll probably build them too, even though I might stick with just the FCS design for my own shipping needs.
