It was mentioned on this this thread that Florida has a law against cohabitation. Knowing the fundy nutcases propensity to use everything in ther arsenal no matter how trivial or disgusting against their target, I wonder why they haven't brought this up more vocally. They have said that Schiavo is living with another woman and has two children but that haven't said that he's breaking Florida law, no matter how arcane.

The latest appeal to emotion from the parents is as sickening as usual, and a I paraphrase:

Those people need to be smacked with the bat of rationality. Although at this point I would prefer at .50 to the head, have them survive and lets see how they like it for 15 years.

And it just broke on CNN. The Federal Appaels court has (once again) denied a request for a rehearing. This was only the FOURTH fucking time that a federal court smacked em down.
So the tube is not going back in, let's hope that Terry can now die in peace.
