I just saw Cosmos again for the first time since it was originally broadcast on PBS way back in 1980.

I was just a little kid then, but I still loved it even at that young age and I enjoy it even more now because of how easily Carl Sagan is able to address and dismiss the necessity for God as the basis of the universe while simultaneously marveling at the natural grandiosity of the of it all.

His explanation of evolution (which Sagan labels as a fact) would make an excellent tool for educating the lay person.

I like this one. I remember Cosmos as a kid, I really liked that show, but don't remember much now.
