The Swordfish has no prayer of Defeating the Falcon. It's maneuverable for a fighter, but it's weaponry isn't in a high enough class to punch through the Falcon's shields before a quad cannon blows it apart. On the ground it's just the reverse, Chewbacca would have trouble handling Spike hand to hand, Han would be on the ground in a minute or so.

Air 2 Air The SwordFish would get its little red painted rear handed to it considering that no where it goes the Falcon can shoot at it(Top and Bottom Mounted Turrets plus forward guns and missile launchers)
The Big Old Gun of Blasting(TM) might be able to batter down the Falcon's Shields might not but whatever the case the Falcon has a huge speed advantage and Interal Compsators which the Swordfish lacks letting the Falcon pull 10G+ Turns with ease that would make Spike Black out
