Sun Crusher is useless if its tagged with a tractor beam and towed into Warp. Even lowly Runabouts can tow something as large as a Galor class warship.

that was from spacebattles, is this really worht an imperial strikeforce?

Don't bother. Space Battle has its own Imperial Strike Force, and three out of the four vs. board moderators are warsies, anyway.

It's the thread about the time travelers vs the Empire.

29th Federation with all the fixin's Vs The empire.

It has however degenerated into an argument over time travel and how it works.

Anything draged into warp comes out of warp sooner or later :D know cannon fact

Two What prevents the Sun-Crusher from simply using the Tractor as a nice weapons guide for a Sun-exploding Torp :D

The whole thread is basically Alyeska trying to console himself by talking about how wicked cool the 29th century Federation is, and how bad they would beat the Empire.

He hasn't been the same since ICS. Jesus, the moment those numbers came out, he started whining like a little bitch about how very very unfair it all was. Baby.

My fault, I'm afraid. I challenged their time travel cop-out by using logic to prove that it wouldn't work. Of course, none of them seem to care about stuff like logic, when this is their big "revenge" for ICS. I suppose I shouldn't have taken it as far as I did, but time travel really pisses me off in a debate. It nearly spurred me to write a Moties versus StarTrek thread.
Mostly, like people said, it's Alyeska, aeroborg, and a few other Trekkie bitterly wanking off because they've been spanked by the Imperial Smackdown and they know it.

Some of Alyeska's commentary
Bitter? I am bitter that ICS turned some warsies into brainless creatures like Shadow_43. I am bitter that people don't bother attempt to debate, they merely state "200 GT" and thats the end of the debate. Guess what, 29th Century, thats the end of the debate.
Noble? Far from it. No, I am merely giving you a taste of your own medicine. Its clear that you don't much like it. Glad you understand how I feel.

I just gave up on the Time Travel debate, so now I'm trying to prove that my Sun Crusher 4x deus ex machina GA Thrawn + Fuzzy Dice + Luke Skywalker could still blow up the primary systems of the Federation. :)

And we already have canon proof that they can avoid the causality problem
Causality isn't speculation, it's very basic logic.

I agree. Now we have canon proof that Star Trek can avoid basic logic.
