Supposedly, this mutt may feature in the next Potter film. It's owners taught it to walk on its hind legs when it was born with underdeveloped front legs.

Is it just me, or is this animal rather creepy looking?

No. A dog walks on it's toes normally; what looks like a backwards knee is really it's ankle.
