Licensed trash. Like if Mass Effect 1 and Gears of War had an incest-baby and named it Joffrey.

I for one am shocked that it didn't turn out well.
Is it at least a fun clone of Mass Effect, or is it completely broken?

Sorry Flagg, but internet commenters say you're wrong.

Being a better shooter than Tiger Woods is a serious claim.
But TBH after Riptide being poops (man I should post review for nobody to read) I think I'll give this a go anyway. It's that or
or
play ME3
A FATE WORSTER THAN DEATHS

I'll probably end up playing this game one of two ways.
1. Pick up a used copy at gamestop on a week when I don't have much to do, beat it in a couple of days, and take advantage of the 7 day refund policy
2. Pick up a copy 2-4 years from now when it only costs about 10-15$.

If by fun you mean so frustrating and shit that you want to cut the developers (all 300 of them) balls off then yes.

Most of the comparisons to Mass Effect I've heard have been "has crap shooting like Mass Effect, but without any of the things that actually redeemed Mass Effect.".

Wouldn't recommend it to anyone ..for full price.
But in the future if you find it at a sale for 5-10 bucks you should definitely pick it up and not patch it all since this game has some of the most hilarious bugs i have ever seen, Like one-legged kirk running and watching Spock spas out if he clips into some furniture.

Also, I hear they're going the
Jurassic Park: The Game route and making fake reviews too.

They have the usual "user" review plants on metacritic. It's funny and pathetic at the same time. I figured it would be at least playable, but it really isn't.

Calling a game like this out for 'fake' reviews (what's a 'real' review lol) is pretty sad anyway, since the same stuff happens for everything.
I'm totes gonna play this. Battleblock Theatre can't be the only fun game that came out this month!

There really should be recriminations for that type of shit from Steam. What am I saying I'm just a consumer!

What the what?
Those are Gorn? I used to love the fact that the Gorn was basically just humanoid lizard. I mean why in the fuck in sci-fi are humans the only fucking species that lost their ancestral animal based super powers?
I'll get it tomorrow Stark. I do love pew pews.
