Wow, awesome photos. Seeing a volcano going off live is one of the must have for me. I hope next summer I will be able to free some time, save some money and travel there to see an active volcano in person.

Vulcano is the one that smells terrible, right? I visited the Aeolian Islands back in 2006 during my tour of Italy. Beautiful place. Lipari was one of my favourite afternoons out of the whole trip.
