Is There a Comprehensive Database of Q Feats?

This isn't another idiotic vs. topic with the Q, so please don't lock this. I realize the Q are very powerful, but that their powers are vague and unquantified.

One thing that's been annoying the hell out of me are all the fanboys who think that Q can do anything and everything just because he's above the likes of the Federation and Borg. I've seen guys who say that Q could erase the universe just by snapping his fingers.

Is there anything resembling Wong's canon database for the Q? Something with important quotes from every episode the Q appeared in, explaining their nature, behavior, feats, and limitations (proven as well as implied)?
