Have no clue, its my roommate's TV and although he watches Enterprise he changes channels whenever I start to look at the TV (no matter what's on, not just Enterprise). But given what I've heard (meaning this is hearsay) then no, T'Pal was using him as an experiment in sexuality. Or some such.

Maybe they'll get all depressed because of the problems with inter-species relationships and cultural conflicts and ship protocol and make a suicide pact, maybe even taking out the whole ship when they do. Or at least maybe T'pol will get upset because she isn't supposed to feel emotions and will off herself. Or at the very least, maybe Archer will get angry because of the impropriety of two senior officers having an affair and will force T'pol to cover herself with standard uniforms and get her puffy lips fixed.
