why bother taking her offer at all? a holodeck can perform the same function. she was just using holographic projections anyways. if it was a founder though. . . .maybe.

There is something to be said for the real thing. While her ability to alter her form is illusory, there's still a real person under it. It's the best of both worlds, you could say. Also, even without that ability, she is an attractive woman without any technological assistance.
