Superman and DCU speed force

Ok, now I know that Flash taps into the speed force of the DCU to move the way he does. Is this also what Supes does? We know he can move about as fast as Flash (sometimes faster, sometimes slower) so does he do it via speed force?

Nope...apparently WW, WG, Superman, Captain Marvel(all of them), Martian Manhunter...and everyone else that can essentially do super speed deeds just have the ability innately.

Jay and gang are the only ones who can access the inter dimensional thing they call the Speed Force...since it grants them persay the access to said field which gives them the power.

Yeah...him and Wonder Woman both have the speed of Mercury/Hermes.
