Okay the weather sucks but when I happen to get into situations like this I just love it.
About 5 min after I took this picture the cleaners came and removed all the leafs.

We dont get to see stuff like this much in California. Sure some houses have trees that shed their leaves in the Fall but evergreens, redwoods, and oaktrees are more common. ( In the wild areas anyway. )
Im waiting for the rains to start, then the golden brown hills will get a deep green for a little while.
Oh, that picture is lovely! I took a similar one when I was in Tasmania--I was walking down a very similar-looking sidewalk when the leaves were turning and covering the walk, and I just yanked my camera out of my bookbag, snapped the shot, and kept on walking to class. Turns out it's one of my favourite pictures that I took while I was down there.

A picture like that is absolutely *priceless,* dude. There is no other way to put it. You don't get scenery much like that nowadays. Not on an empty path, at least. You are so lucky..
I filled the memory in the cam (256mb) but that's the only picture I like of the 50 or so that I got.
I really got the photo bug now and I allways carry my digital cam around with me nowdays.
