Dimensions of the Saber-class starship?

Something I noticed while perusing Jeff Russell's starship dimensions site was that it listed the Saber class as being quite small at 172 meters, while Star Trek Intelligence has it listed as twice that size, 364 meters, as a light cruiser/long range scout.
Any other sources that could shed some light on the correct size for this ship?

Consider the window size compared to the Intrepid, known to be about 340m.
The Saber seems to be on the low side of 200m long.

It looks like they "Federized" the Cardasian
Galor class ship. Instead of the warp blades it has the typical warp nacells and ends up looking really ugly.

I agree. There is a trace of the Galor in the design. Maybe it's there secret weapon to piss off the CU even more...
