I remember seeing that in the National Inquirier when i was about 10 years old!! damn.

That would have been around 1993 or so, would photoshop have been available to newspapers or freelance photo-manipulaters? Anyway, some sort of photo-manipulation, could even be the old manual cut n paste way.
