Well, on one hand, she does have a point (FLCL should at least have a TV-14 rating, in my opinion).

On the other hand, she's full of shit. FLCL is shown at midnight during a program block called ADULT SWIM for a reason.

In addition to Ninamori, you can see Haruko's bare ass for a pretty extended amount of time in Episode 5 when she's straddling Naota. You can also see Kitsurabami's bare breast for like a half second in the same episode.

Pfft. CN warns that parents are "strongly cautioned" not to allow children to watch those shows. If the parents choose to ignore such warnings, or to ignore their children to such a degree that they don't know what their children are watching, that is their responsibility, not the network's. Big business should not be responsible for babysitting your children.

She doesn't mention all the stuff that means that FLCL won't be seen by children with responsible parents. Such as the fact it's on ADULT Swim, at Midnight, with a Viewer Advisory Warning before hand.

The only point she can possibly make is that FLCL did receive an incorrect rating - it should have received a TV-14 rating, but any parent that lets their children stay up until midnight and watch a show on a block called ADULT SWIM should have their children taken away.

Actually, according to this:
