Soylent Blue
The Soylent Green thread brought something to my attention, the United Federation of Planets. We all remember the blue gell packs from the replicators... could I be on to something here or just off on a wild tangent?

well, they DO recycle human waste into food, so theoretically they could recycle human themselves into food. ..
but then again, plants do that to dead people. so everything we eat is recycled and processed people.
