Did a few tests on that to check, with random answers, and didn't notice the difference. Don't actually play D20 rules myself, but if it had been based on the old rules (And I seem to remember doing something like this back in the 2nd ed days), its only effect might have been to enforce the rules which were in the game then for female max initial strength ( 18 (90) compared to 18 (00) for guys).

With a higher DC, in the end it equals out, but in the beggining...

As I said, the test was wrong. As a product of the US school system I only have the opportunity to learn 1 language... So my intelligence, is actually 18

The problem with this test is that it uses IQ levels based on what people would get on stupid internet tests, not on proper IQ tests (which aren't even that good of a measure of intelligence anyway). Anyone who got Int 17 without speaking 5 languages is either a liar or deluded by gimmicky internet tests.
