And lets play "Can you guess the army?" (I'll admit it's not too hard)

Other than "CHAOS" I have no clue what kinda army that is 0_0

OK, it's probbly not THAT great a game. I just keep on having guys at the club coming over and saying "All those colours... Everything's so weird... Spoiler (Spoiler in case anyone is still trying to work it out)

Yes he's a froggy wearing skull-hat Spoiler Spoiler Most of these guys so far were modelled in wax and then cast in brass while I was still working t the foundry, which must have been, what more than 15 years ago? I then found that all my friends who plyed hd disppeared, so I packed them all away in case they became useful for something again at some point in the future.
When I recently joined a wargaming club, I discoverd I needed to bulk up my rank and file, but I was no longer at the foundry, so I ended up getting some modelling clay and making more guys, including the rather blue guys below.
The fun thing is, they're double-ended. You flip them over, and the blue guy becomes yellow guy.
Oh, and few guys are commercial Reaper miniatures. They're easy to tell. They're the ones that acually have fine detail (I don't do fine detail)



Spoiler I find the modelling clay can't hold its shape before being set as well as wax can, and is annoying brittle when set, but on the bright side you don't need to heat it up to over 1000C

Sadly from my point of view it's an army of 'Content not viewable in your region'.

I have no idea why tht is.

This is my Fluxmaster. Now, I made the bat out of cast brass, and the basket with air-dry clay, the chain is some old necklace, aand the guy is a reaper miniature.

Doublepost, but for reasons I suddenly needed to put this up. This is one of my 2 Necromunda gang bikes (the other bike looks identical except for it's blue insted of green)

This was 3d printed. I downloaded a file for the bike (it's a WW2 BMW, and the ancestor of the 1972 Dnepr I've got downstairs), and a file for another 40k style bike I didn't really like, but had riders. I then transferred the riders to the the BMW using Blender, and printed it out.
I then found the problem in trying to print out a 1/12 scale model in 1/72 scale (What do you mean, you can't print something that's 1/20th of a millimetre thick? Why not?), but after a lot of work I managed to make something that'll print that still captured the beauty of the original (all compliments to the artist who made the original file. It hurt my soul some of what I had to do).


I designed the laser cnnon myself in blender. It's held in place with a tiny magnet and is swappable with a twin linked bolter and grenade launcher

Thanks to the new UK internet legislation, imgur no longer allows access from the uk. Hence we see that message rather than your images. Sadly.
