There aren't. Most of them are at the bottom of the seabed. The only reason why the Kursk was salvaged was because the Russians knew where it was and it was at a nice depth, and there was public pressure to salvage the ship (and also to recover any secret material).

I mean, when they recycle ships by cutting them to pieces and using their parts.

This is one of the best I could find, though technically, it will take weeks to get to this point: http://home.e07.itscom.net/mfat/images/submarine.jpg

There's this too: http://www.bellona.no/imagearchive/IMG1.jpg

He sailed one of our GODDAMN MISSILE SUBMARINES into SHROOMANIAN WATERS?

Coiler, you ASS! This would have been bad enough if it was a diesel-electric, but a fucking SSGN! Jesus fucking Christ, we might as well hand them the fucking blueprints, you TOOL!

Alright that's it. I'm calling for some form of fucking censure of Coilerburg by the FTO.

Sydney Hank is gonna go INSANE when he hears this.

Shroomania will organize tours for Byzantine, PeZookian, and Shadow military engineers who want in on dissecting the submarine. :)

And perhaps interrogating the sailors as to what their orders were? Why were they in Shroomanian waters?

Yes, debrief all of them, from the smallest sailor to the captain.

We're already interrogating them. Did you not see the post where Coiler's Captain Corvin Cannula is literally emulsified in homoeroticism?

EDIT:

We will DE-BRIEF them all. And then there will be COCK-TAILS.

Shroomanian debriefing is a little bit different, than Shadow debriefing. We're not as nice as you guys.

I'm talking about removing their underwear. Cocktails would also entail something different.

Nah, its just a funny choice of words I heard from TEAM AMERICA: World Police.

I think it'd be nice if Shroomania rewards its captives for telling the truth, anyway. So, yeah, cocktails and alcoholic beverages!

Guys I wanna inform you that I'm currently reorganizing my OOB into a new format. The points format was crap, so I'm using a similar system to the one that Stas has(with spreadsheets).

While I'm doing this, I will also be modernizing certain elements of my military forces, such as the Air Force. This will entail the purchase of new equipment and selling some of my old stuff. So if anybody wants some old, but fully functioning, MiG-21's- let me know.

I'll post links to my spreadsheets(once they are done) in the OOB Thread.

The Sultan may be interested. I will let you know later.

Holy shit...there are FTO missile subs creeping around the Old Continent? And in territorial waters?

The only reason for an SSGN to violate territorial waters is to minimize response time during an attack, eg. it's a prelude to firing the missiles. Otherwise, the SSGN can easily just patrol outside the 12-mile limit in peacetime, like the PeZookian Yer Moms are doing near Frequesque - they'd only move close to territorial waters during tensions.

Unless Coiler used its SSGNs to gather intelligence on Shroomanian ports, of course.

And yeah, Shady, I just kinda wanted to kick off another storyline involving my old cops from the Astarian slavery plot. They are now working in the anti-slavery task force aimed at destroying human trafficking in the former Border States.

You don't use missile subs to recon foreign ports.

It's not an FTO sub, it's a Coilerburg sub. This has nothing to do with the FTO; if a Spanish submarine turned up in Russia's coastal waters no-one would blame the entirety of NATO either.

Actually, they would, until NATO denied they had anything to do with it :)

But now we have this leaked message, so yeah. It's cool. No DEFCON changes or anything ;)

Uh? For you, maybe. But for Shroomania, there will be some uneasiness. For all we know, that sub could've been preparing to launch a decapitation strike at Farbanti itself. Coilerburg is an unstable place, we know this, and for all we know the collision might've stopped an imminent sneak-attack.

And if the sub is armed with nuclear weapons, that'll complicate things severely.

We trust the FTO as a whole, President Hank and Premier Shroomanov are super-best-friends, but the Coilers are total fuckers.

Wait, Coiler, you are quitting the game?

So was this some convoluted storyline you invented to justify leaving the game or are you simply reacting to the overwhelming negativity you encountered?

I invoked Q in a semi-subtle way to, y'know, stop a player-nation from being exterminated because Shep had lost his temper. You're invoking Marina as a half-assed way of leaving the game or trying to repair a colossal fuckup of some sort. I'm not entirely comfortable with that.

If Coiler quits the game or something, I say we don't have any of this mealy-mouthed LAEMcrap and I say Coilerburg descends into civil war - and Shroomania (or someone) exacts retribution by destroying the remaining missile sub, eliminating Coiler's nuclear arsenal.

Maybe not Shroomania. Siege, maybe MOHAMMAD NEMO can have the Allah-given honor of blowing up the remaining Coiler missile sub?
