There is an edit function in photobucket.

Simplest way prior to uploading is to copy-paste it into paint, go to image, go to stretch/skew, reduce size, and save.

Hmmm... I'd try with an NPC from nowhere in particular, but I don't think I'm up-to-date enough with what's happened so far to play anyone who isn't clearly suffereing from Alzheimer's or outright insane.
