4.Executors don't suffice, eh? What about an enhanced Executor class, adding 3 km is no problem. And although Eclipses are only 17.5 km long, they feature a superlaser! (Perhaps they're even 35 km long)

The Sovereign Class Command Ship is basically a scaled-down version of the larger Imperious Class . It has fewer weapons, a slower hyperdrive, and carries a smaller complement of starfighters

Or, I could conquer the Unknown Reigons, Conquer another galaxy, increase warship production hundredfold, and develop a 30km long Star Destroyer. All while using the Dark Side to pick up chicks.

Build serious capital ships without a quarter of the crew being ground combat personnel. Increase automation in all designs, but maintain core crew of living sentient beings. Establish droid factories on every planet, moon, and asteroid belt, with directives to expand and produce support facilities according to a long range plan. Thes bases will not require human input for a period of years, and will be allowed to grow without drawing attention to them. If large scale operations are required, then they will signifigantly increase the available support in a given area. If the enemies in the Unknown Regions that kept Grand Admiral Thrawn occupied for so many years break through, or an extra-galactic threat more credible than the Yuuzhan Vong successfully attack, they will be available as support for any needed resistance and counter-attack
Rip off Thrawn's idea of cloning himself, but implement only a couple of years after a confirmed holocomm report of my death, that is not later countermanded by me, reaches the hidden sanctuary. If that hidden sanctuary does not send a timely message of completion to the next hidden facility, then that facility begins procedures to awaken its clone of me. Continue the steps of this plan until even my paranoid mind is satisfied with the resulting arrangement.
Oh, and I wouldn't casually blow up a well known planet to create sympahy for a rebellion either

If the planet is a rebel traitor, then it must be destroyed. A totally valid and lawful thing to do.

Doesn't the Sovereign have more bulk than the Eclipse, even if it's shorter? The Executor is as long as the Eclipse, but the Eclipse has more volume, because it is thicker.

I would nationalize all businesses with a stake in military technology (Arakyd, KDY, Sienar, Merr-Sonn, etc.). I would then subjugate all planetary security forces under an Imperial law enforcement bureau with the power to arrest detain any citizen of the Empire, or any non-Imperial citizen who is currently in Imperial territory. This would allow a more complete process of indoctrination through fear than a mere Death Star.

I would also change take steps to ensure that the Ssi-Ruuk and Chiss were no longer threats to the Empire through a series of attacks on their main shipping thoroughfares. If they retaliate, I would turn a blind eye to independent shipping concerns preying upon their ships and would hire a force of privateers to destroy their bases, all the while preserving the main Imperial battle groups to deal with large-scale incursions. This also eliminates some heavily armed mercenaries through combat attrition, giving the Empire still larger degrees of control over the Core worlds and the Mid-Rim. Once the economic and political conditions were favorable, I would work to nationalize or eliminate crime syndicates and backwater areas while impressing upon the population the necessity of fighting the Chiss and Ssi-Ruuk. Then I would jack up the tax rate.
